We're working on getting things back online.
The TBXM status page hosted at status.tbxm.org is temporarily unavailable due to an account-related issue with our status page provider, incident.io. Unfortunately, resolving this issue is taking longer than initially expected.
What happened?
During a previous migration from incident.io to Phare, the Slack account associated with our original incident.io account was deleted. However, we did not remove the domain status.tbxm.org from that original account.
Why is the domain unavailable?
When attempting to configure our status page
under our new incident.io account, the provider
rejects the domain because it is still associated
with our previous account, which is no longer
accessible to us.
To clarify, this is not a DNS propagation issue
or a problem with our DNS configuration.
The domain is blocked by an account ownership
conflict within incident.io.
What are we doing about it?
We have contacted the incident.io support team
and requested assistance in releasing the domain
from the old account so it can be registered
under our current account.
We are currently waiting for their response
and for the necessary action to be taken.
The restoration timeline therefore depends
on incident.io's intervention.
This page is temporary and will remain displayed
until the domain ownership issue with incident.io
has been resolved and the official TBXM status
page is fully operational again.
There is currently no estimated restoration time.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate
your patience.
While our custom domain is unavailable, the official TBXM status page remains accessible through incident.io's original hosted domain. You can continue to check service availability and incident updates using the link below.
